Located just off Highway 1804 north of Bismarck, award-winning architect Jim Engh has created a course that presents the player with a Scottish links look, but with a modern touch. Engh uses elevation changes, native prairie grasses and long greens, along with four tee boxes, to give players of any age or ability a chance to have a great golf experience.

HAWKTREE allows players to mix tee boxes to create eight different course yardages, from 4,868 yards to 7,085 yards, by matching the appropriate tee box to their handicap.

New to Hawktree as a player convenience is the use of in-dash GPS monitors on all of their golf carts. The GPS gives you exact yardage from the cart to the flag from anywhere on the course. It is also helpful on the two blind tee shots you will have on #7 and #12 where the GPS will give you yardage to the carts in front of you that you can’t see. Pace of play is improved, and there is the added convenience of ordering food and beverage on holes #8 and #17. You can order, then pick up your order when you make the turn or conclude your round. Hawktree is the only course in North Dakota that features the in-dash GPS system.

Pro shop, restaurant, lounge, driving range, practice bunkers, putting greens, club rental, PGA pro, lessons, and cart rental are all available.
